Domestic Shipping
- FREE Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1000.
- For prepaid orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping charge of ₹70 will apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders valued at ₹1000 and above. A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies to all COD orders.
- We use Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and DHL as our courier partners for all domestic orders.
- Orders from across India are processed within 24 hours.
- You will be notified once your order is out for delivery in your local area.
- Please Note: All handmade products are made to order. Delivery time for handmade products is 25–40 days across India.
International Shipping
- Shipping charges will be calculated and charged after checkout based on the total weight of the order.
- Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other customs charges must be paid by the customer.
- We use DHL courier services for all international shipments.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–12 working days.
- Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors. We will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
