Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Every Putstyle product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.

An exchange or replacement will only be considered if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive the wrong colour or design.

Return Eligibility

If you wish to request an exchange, please inform us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or Email.

For any claim related to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-colour product, it is mandatory to provide:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is completely visible.

Please Note: Claims for damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect products cannot be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Our team will share the return shipping address via WhatsApp.
  • You will be required to ship the product back to us in its original condition with all original packaging.
  • After the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, you may exchange it for any other product available on our website, subject to stock availability.
  • The courier charges for shipping the replacement product will be deducted from the exchange value, wherever applicable.

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalised jewellery.
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events (unless received damaged or incorrect).
  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage.
  • Products returned without their original packaging.
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • Your cancellation request is approved within the permitted cancellation window; or
  • Our team verifies that you have received a damaged or incorrect product.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 6–8 working days.
