Delivery & Returns Policy

At Putstyle, every jewellery piece is carefully handcrafted, quality checked, and securely packed before it reaches you. We strive to deliver your order safely and on time while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During festive seasons, sale events, or new launches, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000 across India.
  • A shipping charge of ₹70 applies to prepaid orders below ₹1,000.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹150 per order.

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the parcel may be returned to us.

If re-dispatch is requested, the applicable shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Every Putstyle product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.

An exchange or replacement will only be considered if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive the wrong colour or design.

Return Eligibility

 

If you wish to request an exchange, please inform us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or Email.

For any claim related to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-colour product, it is mandatory to provide:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is completely visible.

Please Note: Claims for damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect products cannot be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Our team will share the return shipping address via WhatsApp.
  • You will be required to ship the product back to us in its original condition with all original packaging.
  • After the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, you may exchange it for any other product available on our website, subject to stock availability.
  • The courier charges for shipping the replacement product will be deducted from the exchange value, wherever applicable.

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalised jewellery.
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events (unless received damaged or incorrect).
  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage.
  • Products returned without their original packaging.
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • An approved damaged or incorrect product cannot be replaced.
  • An eligible order cancellation is approved before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 6–8 working days after approval.
